The room immediately on the left when you enter Villa Wäring’s hall is named after the man who had the house built in 1913 and was actually also his office once upon a time. From the east-facing window, you see the disputed statue With the handbag as a weapon and you can also keep track of who comes through the gate. This room is approximately 17 square meters in size and furnished with a double bed (160 cm), two armchairs with accompanying table, desk, and a sturdy wardrobe. The room is equipped with a private bathroom with toilet and shower. You also have access to the fully equipped kitchen and here you live wall to wall with the cosy drawing room, which is the centre of the house.

This our smallest and perhaps cosiest room is named after the architect behind Villa Wäring and is located under the house’s big arched dormer towards the south. Here you must look out for the ceiling beams and crouch down to look out the window. Diagonally across the street is the beautiful Villa Heijl and you can also glimpse the sea with a little effort. The room is approximately 14 square meters in size and furnished with a double bed (160 cm), two armchairs with accompanying table, desk, and chest of drawers. When you stay here, you share a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub as well as a separate toilet with the adjacent room Adina Sand. Here in the attic, there is also a sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, and kitchen equipment. Please note that there are steep stairs up to this third-floor room.
