Adina Sand
At the far end of the attic, you will find this cosy family room which is named after the artist and drawing teacher who was a tenant in the house over a hundred years ago. From the window you can see, among other things, the park Pilhagen and the magnificent Rosenfred School, where Henning Holmberg and Adina Sand were colleagues. The room is about 22 square meters, and the furniture consists of a double bed (160 cm), a 120 cm bed, sofa set, desk, wardrobe, and a well-stocked bookshelf. You share a bathroom with toilet, shower, and bathtub as well as a separate toilet with the second attic room Gottfrid Ljunggren. Here in the attic, you also have shared access to a sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, and kitchen equipment. Please note that there are steep stairs up to this third-floor room.
